Frank Chenault who resides at 51180 Partington Ridge Rd Big Sur CA had swindled and defrauded numerous victims out of their life savings and hard earned money with false investments. He claimed to be a licensed stockbroker and investor and also the music industry with Lil Wayne with Chenault Enterprises. He swindled locals in the Carmel, Big Sur Laguna Beach and the gay community in Scottsdale AZ. One of the victims is Devin Gregory from Laguna Beach who is a well known surfboard shaper.
