Frank Chenault (alias Frank Goldman) is a con artist who resides at 1304 Retreat
Circle Palm Desert CA. He has swindled and defrauded numerous victims of their life savings and hard earned money with false investments. He's been using alias and business names as covers. He claimed to be an investor with crypto currency for back end transactions between the merchant and customers, a diamond dealer, and real estate investor with other people's money. News update... (from a Realtor located in Palm Desert CA). His new scam is to convince people that he is in partnership with DSRT SURF that is opening a NEW SURF PARK/RESORT DEVELOPMENT located at Desert Willow Creek Golf Course in Palm Desert CA (OPENING IN SUMMER 2026). He also mentioned to people who he plans to defraud that he is also a close friend and partner with Kelly Slater/ WORLD CHAMPION SURFER. This is nothing but lies but he is misleading people to invest large sums of money as a partnership and guaranteeing big returns in a short amount of time with bogus promissory notes. He also mentioned that he owns Golf Short Shots LLC and Chenault Enterprises which is a bogus company with no real website. He has defrauded locals in Carmel, Pacific Grove, Big Sur, Monterey County, Santa Cruz, Carlsbad, San Diego County, Northshore Oahu, Palm Desert, Riverside County and Scottsdale AZ. Most victims are women, elderly couples and the gay community. LOCAL SURF COMMUNITY IN MONTEREY COUNTY SAYS-KEEP HIM AWAY FROM YOUR CHILDREN !!!!!! WEBSITE HAS BEEN POSTED SINCE 2012........

Frank Chenault is 58 yrs old DOB 8/04/67 and drives a Leased White Cadillac Escalade ESV and a Leased Black Mercedes Benz GT 63. He is also spends time in Carmel Valley CA where he has a daughter. The latest victims that have contacted the victims hotline are Ric Calva (owner of a CAR DETAILING COMPANY -WINDY CITY SHINE PALM DESERT CA). Chenault swindled him of thousands of dollars. Carola Cuenca located in Santa Cruz CA was also defrauded by Chenault also of thousands of dollars with false investments. Chenault promised Carola that he would double her investment in one week. It happened in May 2024 and has yet to see a dime Every time she has confronted him, he always made so many different excuses. Same thing with Ric and the other victims. He would present all the victims with a promissory note like a receipt of their investments (it's nothing but a worthless piece of paper). He misleads victims by having them send money by Venmo, cash or straight into his personal bank account and state on the memo, to put it down as a gift to avoid paying taxes. Numerous occasions, he's defrauded people that he's dating or preys on the elderly. An elderly couple from Seattle WA invested most of their life savings with Chenault for a Diamonds investment. (He met the couple on a flight). They called the victims hotline and said that they have been defrauded by Chenault. They tried reaching out to him but Chenault ignored their calls and changed his cell number. It was brought to our attention that they are more victims in the Palm Desert CA area. There was also a lady in San Diego that was defrauded for around $300,000 last year (2024). Chenault promised to give her the deed to one of his condos in Retreat Circle Palm Desert CA. Obviously there was no deed as that condo was foreclosed. Her sister in law reached out to the victims hotline after reading the web page. Chenault ruined her marriage and she has two very young children, where Chenault mentioned, we are engaged and that he was going to be a stepfather. It was all a con, and after her husband divorced her, and once Chenault took everything she had, he ghosted her and found a new victim in Palm Desert CA . Frank Chenault also uses real estate agents from Carmel, (Monterey County), Carlsbad, (San Diego County), Palm Desert, (Riverside County) Scottsdale AZ and many other places, to show the victims all the High End and expensive houses, in order to bolster his alleged real estate portfolio (Wealth). HE LIVES IN THE WORLD OF LIES AND DECEIT!!!!!
